Convenient location near Shin-Okubo station.
During my stay, I found the room disappointingly dirty with dust and spots on the futons. The bathroom had a terrible lingering smell of cigarette smoke, making it hard to breathe comfortably. Additionally, the room was quite small for three people, leading to a cramped experience without any cleaning service during our six-night stay.

Cozy spot with great showers!
We had a fun time! The rooms are super minimalistic but comfy. Futons on the floor felt weird at first but totally doable. The hot shower was a lifesaver after long days exploring the city. Loved the convenience of the kitchen setup! Just wish the noise insulation was better between rooms. Really awesome area close to everything.

A good option for groups with traditional tatami mat accommodations, offering a kitchenette with essentials like a rice cooker and microwave. The futons provided adequate sleeping arrangements, though thinner than expected, and you can request an additional mat for extra comfort. Conveniently located near the train station with a lively atmosphere, the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby bustling neighborhoods. The bathroom was compact as typical for this area, but the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

We loved exploring the area, especially the vibrant neighborhoods of Shinjuku and Shibuya. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The traditional rooms were cozy, and it was easy to store our futons to make space during the day.
The elevator had a strange smell, which was a bit off-putting when using it, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the proximity to Shin-Okubo station. The area was bustling with life, and taking evening walks with our large breed dog felt safe and refreshing. The room was spacious enough for all of us and had a handy kitchenette!
In my wife’s opinion, a separate living area for relaxing would have been great for families.
